Pro supports six accounts: the plan owner and up to five invited people. Each person signs in to their own account. Sharing a plan is not sharing a login or giving someone access to your conversations. Members use the owner’s shared Pro message and feature limits. Joining does not create a separate full allowance for every person.

Invite someone

As the Pro owner, open Settings → Billing → Overview and find Family members.
  1. Choose Add member.
  2. Enter the person’s Recipient email. Use the email they use for their Anistratenco account.
  3. Choose Create invite.
  4. Copy the Private invite link and send it privately to that person.
The app tries to copy the link when it is created. If your browser blocks copying, use Copy invite link or select the link and copy it yourself.
Copy the link before choosing Done. It is not shown again after you close the invite view. Creating an invite does not mean an email has been delivered.
An invite expires after 14 days. While pending, it reserves a place on the plan. The member count includes accepted members and pending invitations, so Family full can appear before all five people have joined. If you do not have an eligible owner account, you may see Compare Pro instead of member-management controls. A shared member cannot invite more people on the owner’s behalf.

Accept an invitation

  1. Open the private link from the plan owner.
  2. If asked, choose Sign in to accept and sign in with the invited email.
  3. Review the shared-plan explanation and choose Accept invite.
  4. Wait for the success message confirming your shared Pro access.
Simply opening the link does not accept it. Not now or Dismiss closes the invitation without joining; keep the original link if you want to return. Your personal workspace, gifts, and balance stay separate. The owner controls your shared seat, not your account.

If you cannot join

  • Different account email: sign in to the account the invitation was issued for, or ask the owner to create an invitation for the correct email.
  • Expired or revoked link: ask the owner for a new invitation.
  • Already on another shared plan: resolve that membership before joining a different one.
  • Active personal subscription or pending subscription checkout: resolve your personal billing first. Scheduling cancellation alone does not end the current subscription immediately. See plan and usage or contact us if you need help.
  • Owner no longer eligible or no available place: the owner needs to review their plan and member list.
If an error includes a support reference, include that reference when contacting us. Do not send the private invite link publicly.

Cancel a pending invitation

Under Pending invites, find the invitation and choose Revoke. This sends the revocation request immediately; there is no second confirmation in this list. Check the success message. The link can no longer be accepted, and the reserved place becomes available again. If you closed an invitation without copying its link, revoke it and create a replacement for the intended person.

Remove a member

As the owner, find the person under Active members, choose Remove seat, then Remove to confirm. Choose Keep to leave their access unchanged. Removal ends that shared membership; it does not delete the person’s account. Their available plan benefits depend on their remaining account entitlements.

Leave a shared plan

As a member, open Billing and find Pro Shared access. Choose Leave shared plan, then Leave to confirm—or Stay to keep your membership. Leaving ends your shared membership, not the owner’s subscription or your personal account. Check the success message before assuming the change is complete.
